What events can be entertained on board ?
Birthday’s, Bachelorette, Retirement, Graduation, Photoshoots, Proposals, Anniversary’s, Corporate   - Please keep in mind that we want to keep our events no more 12 people for not only Safety reasons but also be able to manage the Yacht properly for the best Boating experience.

What type of weather would warrant a cancelation ?
Our First priority is safety ! We find that mild rain will not prevent our vessel from going out unless there are strong winds and torrential rains. Our vessel has a Flybridge that can accommodate up to 15 people that is completely Enclosed with unblocked views along with our cockpit in the stern or rear of the vessel
If Captain decides to return to port due to weather ?
We can issue a pro-rata time credit based on the return time if it exceeds an hour. To be clear, if we decide to return to port early and we agree the conditions are undesirable or unsafe we can give you that lost time on a future charter. No cash credits will be issued once we depart port, only substituted future time on another charter.
What are the departure times?
We don’t offer daily standard daily charters. We like to accommodate all our guest to there specific times. As your checking out to book your charter there will be questions regarding this information. Put all your request information needs and we feel it is out of the scope we will immediately  reply back to discuss.
Do you have life jackets?
We do not operate our vessel if it is not to code under the (USCG) United States Coast Guard guidelines. Yes we do.
Can we bring alcohol beverages on board?
Yes. You are allowed to BYOB we have all the bar supplies aboard.
What are the cancellation Policies?

These terms and conditions govern the Indulge Charter Cancellation Policy (the "Cancellation Policy") available to Renters and Owners through the Services.

Indulge has standardized cancellation policies that we will enforce to protect both Renter and Boat Owner. Each party has the ability to cancel at any time. The fee schedule will be determined on the policy selected by the Owner and when the cancellation occurs in relationship to the reservation dates.

The cancellation policies are as follows :

1- Booking charges for cancellations within 48 hours of the booking start date are non-refundable.

2- 50% refund of booking charges for cancellations between 2-5 days before the booking start date.

3- Cancellations before the 5th day of booking start date will not be refundable, but will be allowed to be utilized as a future credit for another date.

4- Free Cancellations 30 days before the booking start time.
